Danish poet Sebastian Nathan celebrates winning this year’s POETRY PRIZE for his poetry collection ‘Engle’ / ‘Angels’ (Gads, 2024).
The prize includes the honour and joy of having one’s poetry appreciated as well as 10.000 DKK.

Released each year on the Interntational Poetry Day 21.03:
New edition of Poesiens Hus/Ordskælvs annual poetry anthology ‘The Best Nonrequired Nordic Poetry’ by the fifth in the series, featuring poetry by Danish, Swedish,
Norwegian and Islandic poets, carefully chosen by young editors in
each country – all poems are printed in the original language, and
in English translation, opening up Nordic poetry to the world. The
anthology is published by POESIENS HUS/Ordskælv, and Nordic poets
read at the release party.
The featured poets’ books are the ones that are giftwrapped – poetry is always the best gift.
